Short Stories & Drabbles: Collection 1 by R.E. Shambrook
Two are short stories, one of which dates back to 2007. The other a new story of deals and depravity.
Also included are two drabbles. One a pentadrabble of high school revenge, the other a series of drabbles going through the comedown phases after an anxiety attack.
These four shorts are an introduction to characters that will pop up here and there throughout my future works.

Great content
My first from Bob. Definitely worth a read.
Great Debut
A great debut and cool little collection. Twisted Cricket was my favorite and had a nice blend of sex and violence. It's a great concept that could be developed more and turned into a longer work
I feel incredibly lucky to have recieved an ARC of R.E. Shambrook's short story and drabble collection. Why? Because it was freaking fantastic!!!
But I digress. This is Bob's first offering, but he was writing for years. But then his first wife took one look at his work, told him it was rubbish, which hit him hard and caused him to quit writting. What this woman did should be a criminal offense, when you think about all the books that Bob might have put out had she encouraged him instead of of discouraging him. Luckily, Drew Stepek came along, and Godless gave him the inspiration he needed to start writing again; and in order to prepare us for things to come, Bob is giving us this collection for free. So, download it. Read it. Rate it, and let's give this man something to shove down his ex-wife's throat!
A strong collection of drabbles and shorts!
Bob (as he prefers to be called) has unleased an excellent selection of drabbles and short fiction here. If you read his bio at the end of the book, you'll appreciate that we even have this collection to peruse. I thought they were all excellent, and the drabbles that close the collection particularly powerful. The centerpiece story, Twisted Cricket, is indeed twisted, and erm, cricket. It's a great, evocative name for his publishing concern as well. One thing I found interesting outside of the drabbles was the focus on teen/young adult angst, which I could certainly relate to (if not in the extremes these young people go to). A punk first effort for sure! Highly recommended!
