It is run by The Cathedral, a hyper-conservative organization established by the government, The Endless is used by the Court of the Cathedral to sentence criminals to a hell constructed for them. The problem is many of those condemned by the Court are innocent, sentenced and declared guilty for political reasons. 

Enter Dr. Slade's next patient, Colton Andrews, a man condemned by The Cathedral for murders he might not have committed. Tensions soar as Colton Andrews and Slade's assistant, Martel Iglacius, revolt, questioning The Cathedral's infallibility and Dr. Slade's morality. Prepare for an ending that will make your skin crawl and give you a sinking sensation in the pit of your stomach!
