Tragedy affects us all differently. Byron Sweet focused his time on preparing for the inevitable. A familiar enemy hunts the one thing that has kept Byron fighting to stay alive, the one thing that has kept him grounded despite all he has lost. Now that enemy is at his doorstep. Byron must fight one last time, everything is on the line. Sweet Shot Forever is the final chapter in this Bizzaro world, will anyone see this ending coming?

Long Live Byron!

Byron is back baby! My how things have changed! Or have they? All the new things happening in Byron’s life was starting to give me the warm fuzzies. He is settling down as an older man ready to take on a different role in life until someone from the past comes knocking. You know things are going to be exciting when Byron is involved. Another short packed with action and gore that just drips off the pages. I enjoyed this new side of Byron but was incredibly happy to see his dark side is still alive and well. I’ll miss this series and Byron as he is on my list of favorite characters. Fingers crossed that somehow and somewhere he’ll make an appearance. If you enjoy bizarro, action, and gore you NEED to check out this entire series. Long Live Byron!

One Final Shot

The trilogy comes to its conclusion! Years after the ending of Sweet Shot II, Byron Sweet is an aging man living far from civilization. One last enemy threatens his family and his peace, and he takes it upon himself, with the help of his son, to finish what had been started. This is one hell of a conclusion for Byron, with an incredible ending scene. Kill scenes are described impeccably and the whole story gives off a sort of “Logan” vibe. A last hurrah, one final mission, before piece is finally obtainable. I’m fully content with how this series closes (for now?) and I’m hoping for a possible spin off in the future!
