We all love the Professor. His seductive voice, his meticulous prose, and his ability to take us to the darkest places and enjoy the trip. The Sickner is the ultimate example of what he can do. Foraging is getting popular, and our main character is foraging alright, but he gets rather personal with a particular group of mushrooms. And like anyone who finds enjoyment in something, he wants to share with loved one. But who is really sharing who in this scenario. The fact this story is IMPROVISED only adds to how fantastic this particular earworm is. Not for the faint of stomach, but well worth the experience.
