Rebecca Rowland

Rebecca Rowland is a best-selling editor of six horror anthologies and the author of The Horrors Hiding in Plain Sight, Pieces, The View Master, Shagging the Boss, and the upcoming White Trash & Recycled Nightmares. Her short fiction and guest essays regularly appear in a variety of online and print venues, including The Year’s Best Hardcore Horror and Kandisha Press’ Women of Horror anthology series. She is the co-owner of Maenad Press and occasionally pens book reviews for the websites Ginger Nuts of Horror and Horror Tree.

An Active member of the Horror Writers Association and member of the Whip City Wordsmiths, by day, Rebecca teaches senior English in a large, urban school district. She boasts a (likely unhealthy) love for vodka cocktails, semi-colons, and unreliable narrators and was once unanimously voted Most Likely to Be the One to Help Hide the Body. Despite a love of the ocean and a violent distaste for cold weather, she lives with her family in a landlocked and often icy corner of New England. To surreptitiously stalk her (or overtly send a hello), visit her website RowlandBooks.com.

object she’s fixating on these days, follow her on Instagram @Rebecca_Rowland_books.
