I finally read Rayne Havok's Killstreme. I feel like I'm late to the party on this one, but that's fine. Having already read a few of her books and stories, I had a fairly good idea of what to expect, and I was not disappointed. Plenty of gore, mutilation, and good old fashioned revenge. Rayne's stories are always well written and creative, but I think "the sock" might be her best creation I've seen so far!

Well ... I kinda ... um ... Jesus. Look. This book is vile. In all the best ways, I can assure you. If you want extreme horror, splatterpunk filth, this is it. Never have I been so repulsed, left feeling weirdly ill, and yet bizarrely aroused all at the same time. Well done. Five stars.

That has to be one of the best lines I've read in forever. This book is top notch revenge on the crackpot bad dude and I loved every flipping minute of it.
