The good citizens of Provincetown celebrate Halloween like every other year. But while the sheriff – obsessed with classic horror films – and his not-quite-loyal young deputy try to solve the murders that plague the town every Halloween night, cab driver Joseph navigates his passengers through the fog-shrouded streets. On this night, every turn could be fatal and Halloween might be the last.
