Die Already by Kipp Poe Speicher
Die Already is the new tragic and disturbing love story.
Plus a bonus short excerpt by Tom Raimbault: Something Quite Perverse, from his book The Tree Goddess.
Dark and disturbing
This was my first story from Kipp Poe Speicher, it was heartbreaking and horrifying! What an awful and scary position to be in! Discovering as a child on a fishing trip, that you have a pretty horrible "gift", one that you can't get rid of, no matter what you do, and that leaves you with a dark and disturbing dilemma after a mishap with a loved one.... A quick, brutal tale of eternal suffering!
Die Already is a nasty little piece of fiction.
Kipp Poe knows how to write flash fiction. It is an art form, and it is harder than it looks. With flash fiction, the author has to give you all of the details you would need for a longer piece in such a way that the reader fills in the blanks with their imagination, and then leaves wanting more. Kipp Poe takes an old idea, one we are all familiar with and love, and he puts a new spin on it. Then he gives it away. And I say, "Thank you."
