Post-Mortem by Terry Miller
Stewart Lively is a mortician and a loner. The only social interaction he has is with his sister, and with the corpses in the morgue. He wishes he had a girlfriend, but he’s too awkward. That and the fact that his profession seems to keep most women at a distance. That’s okay, though. Fact is, he’s too busy anyway. He meets his best friends on a cold slab, even though the friendship is fleeting. Lately, there’s been an abundance of beautiful women on his table, and his loneliness is at an all-time high.
