We made plans to go to Olympia for a very simple, and specific reason; to clear out Claire’s storage unit and bring her stuff back to Canada. I guess I knew I was looking for something else, even if I hadn’t come to terms with it. This is a story about grit and self-destruction. A story of idols, substance use, and love.
