AustraliaA bit slow for my liking, but It was good
My knowledge of golems comes from The Simpson TV show and one dodgy movie on Tubi, so I was not sure what to expect, maybe something like the 2009 movie ‘Drag Me To hell” but this story was more like the Satanic Panic movies from the 70’s. The concept of this story was good, but for me it was just a little too slow and a bit too long, I also had trouble connecting with the characters, which lessened the impart of the drama/horror that was happening to them. This is the first book by this author, and as much as didn’t blow me away I still enjoyed it, and if the blurb appeals to you, then you should give it a go.
