Smoky Elvis, one of the characters in "Scrapyard Shuffle," returns as an Elvis impersonator who performs at the local restaurant The Greasy Spoon. Dealing with a Misfits cover band and a putrid swamp creature wreaking havoc at his trailer park, Elvis has to lean on his talents to save his environment from destruction. This novella is a hootenanny good time and a great easy read. Mr. Loot is a terrific writer and a fantastic talent who mixes horror and humor in equal measure. Pick up and read this book. It is a hoop and hollerin' good time!
