Cass Clarke

Cass Clarke was born in Rhode Island, and, like the smallest state in the U.S., they're made from pint-sized chaos, circuitous directions, and party pizza. They have an MFA from Emerson College in Writing, Literature, and Publishing and fell in love with stories when their dad taught them how to record VHS tapes and use his typewriter. A lifelong horror fan and GALECA critic, their coverage of the genre has been published at Fangoria, Rue Morgue, Dread Central, /Film, Den of Geek, and more. Monthly, they co-host a podcast called Horror Hangover -- conducting reviews, interviews, and film analysis. Cass has been a martial artist for over two decades and spends their free time helping children learn the art of Taekwon-do. They currently reside with their lil' black dog and spouse in Boston, MA, where they've once again enthusiastically cooked too much food.
