Elijah is a shepherd on the verge of blindness. He's heard rumors of a man claiming to be the Messiah, who many say might even have the power to heal him.

When Elijah meets the man, he’s asked to give up the one thing he can't live without. And his decision could have grave consequences.

Meanwhile, darkness spreads through Israel. The man they call the Messiah cast the unclean spirits from a demoniac haunting the tombs near the Sea of Galilee. The spirits begged to enter a herd of pigs grazing nearby. When their request was granted, the herd ran into the water and drowned.

But what now resides in the corpses of swine outlives mere flesh.
