Let me begin my say I struggle to read fiction. I like encyclopedias, I like a bit of sci-fi/thrillers, but "stories" in general, are hard for me to read. This is an epic piece, which has taken me on a hyper-realistic journey; that pushed me volumes ahead in my acceptance of the absolutely unimaginable. An astounding debut: with awesomely inspired influences from some of the most notorious horror directors and authors of this age, you won't be able to resist finishing this story in one swift take! 5/5 Severed Fingers!

The characterisations and plot are some of the best I've seen in a short. Gore is present but used well. The main character is wonderfully drawn, and I felt every step of the anguish, torture, salvation and redemption she experiences. Stick it to 'em! Great piece of horror writing from a first timer.
