I've been having Kipp Poe withdrawals, so I was surprised and delighted when this landed in my inbox. Kipp is very good at packing a lot into a short space, without losing much detail or character, and he usually rams it full of blood, horror and other nasty fluids! His scene setting is great, helping you to immerse yourself into the story. This one kicks off with an eerie and alarming opening scene, making you wonder where the hell the story is going to go. Where it does go, is probably not where you'd expect, unless you're a fan of Kipp and have read his other shorts! Kat and Miss DD are obsessed with getting likes and followers to their channel. They've set up a meeting with a guy, a kind of catfish type situation, intending to film the whole thing and upload it to their site later on. But, things take a nasty turn, of course they do…. When Kat seemingly has an allergic reaction to her drink, her friend and the unsuspecting new guy rush her to his awaiting van to transport her quickly to the hospital, but, little do the girls know, it's a (honey) trap!! The guy has had enough of women like them and has chosen to follow them and make them pay…. Short, sharp, dark, disturbing, brutal and….slimey!!
