This is well written and witty

I read this as part of 'Call Me Hoop: Season 1' but you don't need to read the other stories before this one, this series is a hell of a lot of fun, there is something very satisfying about when a scumbag gets what is coming to them. This is well written and witty.

The thing that makes this one stand out

is that everybody knows somebody like Karen. So, when retribution comes, it almost feels personal. A damn good read.

FUCK YOU KAREN, BURN IN HELL!

Leitner crafted a relentless and menacing story of the worst human on earth, KAREN! This arrogant, fatphobic, racist POS is absolutely maddening but in the best way possible. Leitner has such a unique writing style that combines satirical prose and brutal violence that had me completely engrossed.

Karen makes you think again... about thinking. Karen exemplifies what I like about so many Godless titles. It is short. It is sweet. It keeps me on my toes, and it makes me think. Drew Stepek introduced us to a whole new world (A new fantastic point of view No one to tell us, "No"), and Lucy Leitner has shown us that there really are no boundaries. She took this Fucking Scumbags burn in Hell idea, and instead of running with it, she got into her car and started running people down with it. Meanwhile, there must be a bit of Karen in all of us, because far too often I found myself thinking - GO! KAREN, GO! Unless, that's  just me. In that case, we'll all just all agree I never said that...
