Therapy by Kevin Lucia
Brian O'Connor has it all. Star quarterback of Clifton Heights' varsity football team, and one of the most popular teenagers in town, the girls love him and the guys want to be him. Brian's life is grand.
Until he drinks too much at a kegger he throws when his parents are out of town. When they come home early and discover him passed out on the floor the next day, they decide it's time for Brian to get some therapy...the kind that has nothing to do with medicine or psychology. A treatment finding its roots in ancient, arcane, mind-shattering practices.
Brian has endured this therapy once before. Can he survive it a second time? Even more importantly...does he want to?

Kevin Lucia, you had me at hello.
By the time I was done reading the first page in your story, Therapy, I was all in. This is the first story that I have read by you, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. With its unique imagery, I really had no idea where it was going, and I think you have a real way words. I look forward to checking out The Waystation, and the The Sliding, and then maybe I'll be ready for something a bit longer. I give Therapy six Therapy Sessions out of five Therapy Sessions. It's a buy five get one free kind of deal. But seriously, Therapy is really that good. I've never read anything like it, and I am WELL read.
