Although a short read and when its good I eat it up faster, this was excellent. I loved Todd, he’s messed up and his final princess the best. Read this.

Delightfully demented and very well put together on all counts. Once I started this novelette I could not put it down. If you have a trigger, "Red" probably hits it at least once, but it never felt gratuitous. Disturbing as it was, I had to flip to the next page to see what would happen next. Not for the faint of heart, but exceptionally written, thoughtfully plotted, and filled with characters that pop and seem like believable people...even if we only get a small glimpse of them. Bravo, D.J Doyle. Take a bow. I'm gonna go hug a puppy now.

This was only the second book I've read of Doyle's and it made me an instant fan of this humble lass. It is probably one of my favourite extreme shorts. Killer ending. Grab this now ... you won't regret it!
