"Bloodlust is the bloodbath you’ve been waiting for. Dan Chadwick is one to watch!" - Andrew Lennon, author of A Life to Waste.

New House. New Neighbourhood. Old Nightmare.

Sarah and her Mum have recently moved house. A fresh start for them both. But what begins as a night in with her friends turns into a nightmare as the past returns with a bloodlust.

Evil is lurking in the shadows, committing violent and bloody acts. Sarah’s friends are being picked off one by one.

No one is safe.

Sarah must confront a history that, until now, has remained hidden from her.

Can she stay strong and triumph, or will the past become her future?

"This brilliant and bloody little page turner is so much more than the synopsis alludes to.....Dark and brutal, Bloodlust is a highly recommended read for Extreme Horror fans looking for a quick and bloody snack." - Lisa Lee, Bibliophilia Templum blog

Some books have a way of finding you at exactly the right time. See lately I’ve been depriving myself of all my favourite horror films. Most in particular, the classic slashers. And then Dan Chadwick’s Bloodlust came along and gave me everything that I was missing. Complete with creeping tension, dumb, horny teenagers and geysers of blood, as I read it felt like I was watching an 80’s slasher movie in my head. From its neat cover to its printed page you will find fond references to some of the greats. The kills are fun and descriptive, sometimes nasty. More than enough to satisfy any gore-hungry horror enthusiast. At times even putting me in mind of the writings of Richard Laymon. Can’t go wrong there as far as I’m concerned! Bloodlust delivers on every level that a slasher should. And that finale, it keeps the entertainment roaring until the very last drop of blood falls. Okay, now that that’s over, I need to go raid my psycho killer collection right now!
